Outfitter Qualification Form

We offer a discount on products to qualified whitewater rafting, kayaking, sea kayaking, and fishing outfitters. After meeting the requirements listed below, orders can be placed by credit card, company check, money orders or certified check. Purchase orders may also be used after a separate credit qualification.

To qualify please complete the Outfitter Request Form and fax, e-mail or mail us a copy. If you are e-mailing the form to us please be sure to save the form after filling it out and before sending us the attachment.

In addition to filling out the forms, you will be required to fax or attach the following information: (Fax# 877-567-7329)
 
- Outfitter license
- Website Address (if applicable)
- Cover letter from your liability insurance company
- Company brochures & advertising materials
