- How do I use a promotion when I'm ordering online?
On the promotional offer you received, you will find a Form Code associated with the offer. During the online checkout process there will be a field that will ask, "Do you have a Promotional Form Code?" Once you enter the Form Code in this field, the offer will be applied to your order.
