NRS Gasket and Pump Repair Department

The NRS Repair Department is located in Moscow, ID and can repair the items listed below.  To send an item in need of repair: Print and fill out the *NRS Repair Form and include it in the package. Warranty Items:
Products covered under warranty can be shipped to the NRS Repair Department for free repair.  There is no need to send money because NRS will pay the shipping to return the product to you.  If you have questions regarding the warranty of your product please call 877.677.4327 or email NRS Customer Service.

Non-warranty Items:
Products that are no longer covered under warranty or damage was a result of misuse, please reference the prices below.  When a product is received, the NRS Repair Department will contact you regarding parts, labor and shipping cost.  Customers are responsible for the parts, labor and shipping costs, payable when the repair is completed.  If you have questions regarding the repair of your product please call 877.677.4327 or email NRS Customer Service.

Prices include parts and labor, and are subject to modification. Please add the appropriate shipping charges to your total repair charge.
