Warning for all Glue and Solvent Use:

Use of these products can be very dangerous and can have short term and long term consequences to your health. It is important for you to take precautions and wear all appropriate safety gear. Wearing gloves, a respirator, eye protection, and working in a well ventilated area can go a long way towards mitigating these risks.

Directions

  1. Shake tube well before using.
  2. Make a patch that covers at least 1/2" past the hole or tear in every direction, making sure to round off all corners.
  3. Sand both the repair area and the new patch. When sanding, the material should take on a slight matte finish.
  4. Using extreme caution, the gloves, and a well ventilated area soak a small amount of PVC cleaner into a rag and wipe down the sanded patch and repair area. This should pick up all of the extra material that you sanded off earlier and help the glue bond better.
  5. Apply glue to your patch and the repair area, wait for 10 minutes.
  6. Apply a second coat, and wait for 5 mins or until tacky.
  7. Place the patch onto the repair area and roll the patch with a roller rasp or pro roller.
  8. Let sit for at least 2 hours, but 24 hours would be best.
