NRS VYNABOND ADHESIVE GLUING INSTRUCTIONS

Materials

• Vinyl
• Urethane
  

Materials Needed
	VYNABOND (Item# 1915)
	PVC Cleaner (MEK- Methyl Ethyl Ketone) or Isopropyl Alcohol
	Selected PVC Patch Material (Item# 1972 or 1973)

Surface Preparation

1. Clean surface area with isopropyl alcohol.
2. Cut patch material to size - round the corners.

Application

• Apply small amount of VynaBond evenly onto patch. Press firmly in place. Allow 2 hours minimum dry time before use.
  Note: For best results, surface should be clean and dry if possible.
   
• For large repairs, apply generous amount of VynaBond onto patch. Press firmly in place squeezing out all air bubbles. Allow 8 hours minimum dry time before use.
   
• For underwater repairs, apply generous amount of VynaBond onto patch. Fold patch in half onto itself. Under water, quickly unfold and press firmly in place, squeezing out all air and water bubbles
  
  Tech Tip: Use rubbing alcohol to clean vinyl. Allow overnight drying whenever possible before use.
