Mad River Escape Folding Canoe 16 ft. 5in. Identical to current Pakboat 165 model see http://www.pakboats.com. Mad River sold these for a few years then got out of the folding canoe line. Pakboat has been at it since 1984. This is a quality boat, one you can trust when you are days or weeks from civilization.
Serial MD16318D696 indicates it was made in 1996. Very little use is evident. The boat is in terrific shape. There was a minor tear at the bow which I repaired according to Pakboat direction.
The boat is super light but a real packhorse. Ideal for really getting into the wilderness via horse or bush plane. Also ideal for those without storage for a 16+ foot object. It will fit in your closet and car trunk.

Comes with one pedestal seat. This seat is like the pakboat pedestal seat except that the top is plywood and foam rather than woven straps. Otherwise identical and very comfortable. Custom Steel Breakdown Raft Frame made by Falcon Forge & Frame in Clarkston WA. Originally made for 12 1/2 Legacy Pro. When that died, I got a 13 foot Vanguard. I pulled it out two inches wider and used pop rivets to keep it there. It is originally 61" long and 58" wide outside dimentions. Straps hold a cooler or box which is your rowing seat. It was built for a 60 qt Rubbermaid. The opening is 24 3/4 x 15 1/2". Front wood seat flips up for gear storage, or you could remove seat and put a dry box there. That opening is 13 3/4 x 32 1/4" (currently 34 1/4). It is 41 1/2 (currently 43 1/2) between inner rails. From the bottom of frame to top of Oar stand is 14 1/2.
Bomber frame in great condition. The wood seat could stand refinishing. No oarlocks. I'm very happy with this frame, but I found a good deal on a NRS Compact Outfitter and upgraded. It's been down the Middle and Main Salmon and numerous Montana rivers.

It has had a considerable amount of use but it has not been abused. It has one patch but holds air perfectly. On the bottom it has a few wear marks but it is in good overall shape. It comes with two thwarts, it has a dozen D rings and 3 handles on each side and 1 each at the ends. There is nothing wrong with this boat I just want to purchase a new one, and yes it will be a new 16' E-160 .)

This custom utility trailer can haul anything you have. Car hauler, landscaper, contractor, or expedition rafting. It has an 18 foot bed and a full 78" width between the rails. Two drop axles with electric brakes. It has a fold down gate or removable car ramps. Loading height is just 13". The sides are 36" with wire mesh. The front is solid to avoid rock chips, and road debris. This trailer was custom built using tubular steel; no angle iron. It's the toughest, haul anything trailer out there. It has three wooden bunks that run between the top rails to haul rafts. We recently did a MFS trip in September. We hauled four rafts, and all equipment for 10 people for ten days.
