Designed to be the classic Grand Canyon raft, the 18' E-180 is the "granddaddy" of our fleet. Incredibly tough and stable, this boat is ready to take on the biggest waters on the planet.
  • With 24" tubes and a width of 8'4", this boat will carry anything and everything down the world's largest rivers.

  • Heavy-duty Pennel Orca® material is super abrasion, chemical and UV-resistant for unmatched durability.

  • 14 2" D-rings and 8 EasyCarry™ handles make rigging and launching the E-180 a snap.

  • Trouble-free Leafield™ C7 Valves ensure easy inflation/deflation of the tubes, thwarts and floor, and the Leafield A6 Pressure Relief Valve protects the floor.

  • NRS E-180 Self-Bailing Rafts

    Q:

What manufacurer has the biggest air tubes? Are there pro's and con? My NRS16 river has been great on local river. A tad too big & wide for Rainey Falls fish ladder. I usually have 3 on board and camping gear & food. She has served me well, a few nicks & cuts but nothing that hisses at me or bubbles much. Could a screw on cap be prone to leaking, yes_no?

Hi, I'm not sure what you sort of info you're looking for with the "what manufacturer has the largest air tubes" question. Boat designers size the tubes to the intended usages of their boats and the loads they'll probably be carrying. Larger boats usually have larger tubes. Give us a call, 800.635.5202 or drop a line to service@nrsweb.com if you have more questions on this. Are you referring to the C7 valve cap? That is not an air-holding cap, it's meant to protect and keep water and debris off the valve inner parts. A valve leak can usually be fixed by removing the valve and cleaning the valve seat.
