I have used the drop sides and some extra rails to construct a structure covering the final 6 feet of a Tolman Alaskan Skiff, a 24' powerboat used to support volunteer efforts in Isle Royale and Everglades National Parks. Covered with a reinforced vinyl roof, full netting and weather cloths we have an absolutely splendid living space that's as tough as nails.
