I have an older Aire Cat- a dual pontoon (per side), 18' Leopard. The frame that came with it when I got the raft was a narrow, home made, heavy, (badly welded and not-so-close-to-square) piece of junk. So, I did what any red blooded american with a tight budget would do. I built a new frame out of 6061 structural aluminum.
I ordered these seats as passenger seats for the rear of my frame. I WISH I had ordered one for myself. They are so incredibly stable, comfortable, and butt-loving, it's unreal!
The only downside: One of the threaded mechanical fasteners on the bottom of one of the seats was stripped out. Not the threads, but whatever holds the actual "bolt" let the fastener spin.
I had a Snake River trip planned, with no time to exchange the seat, so I pretty much found myself between a rock and a hard place. I had to use it.
Even with the mechanical failure, the seat stayed sturdy. Loved the seat, loved the trip.

The lightweight composite backing is sweet when packing my cat with two seats to and from the river; but difficult grip on the underside when carrying (minor).
The older tractor style seats had a lip that you could grip. But the older waterlogged seats weighed 32 LBS, too!
The seats are very comfortable. I won't go back to metal backs.
My only real complaint, the included hardware was thrown away because it was too short and plated steel (made for lawnmowing). NRS should include or offer a stainless hardware kit that works with their seat brackets and spacers. I bought all new, longer SS hardware. Minor item but it meant a trip and $10.

Justin, yes we can make this happen. Basically what you will have is a Passenger Seat Mount, Item # 94019.01, without that welded channel on the bottom. You'll bolt your High-Back Seat to the top of it, then bolt an Angler Swivel Plate, Item # 94016.01 to the bottom of it. the Swivel Plate will bolt to any NRS Seat Bar that's been made in about the past four years (that's when we started punching hole patterns for both Drain Hole and Angler seats in the plates).
