NRS Sport Cat Frame 66"W X 88"L
$850.00
When you've got sporty cat tubes you need a frame to match. You need the NRS Sport Cat Frame. We designed this frame to work with cat tubes 23" and smaller in diameter.
- This lightweight frame, only 76 pounds, matched up with a set of sporty cat tubes gives you a package that dances across the water.
- Whether you're running exciting day stretches or packing for multiday trips, the Sport Cat Frame fills the bill.
- It's an excellent choice for smaller-diameter cat tubes, such as the AIRE Ocelot.
- The drop side rails sit 5.5" (center-to-center of the rails) below the top side rails to provide proper distance from inside D-rings for frame tiedown.
- The drop rails extend to the ends of the top side rails so other cross members can be located just where you want them.
- Sport Cat Frame comes with (2) 88" side rails, (2) 88" drop side rails, (3) 66" crossbars, (1) 66" seat bar, deluxe footbar, high-back drain hole seat, 6" oar mounts, (2) 9' straps, (4) strap slides.

NRS Sport Cat Frame 66"W X 88"L Q: Would this frame work with my JPW 12' long 16" diameter tubes? Asked on 2/26/2013 by Nancy Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The Sport Cat drop rails are 5-1/2" lower, center-to-center of the frame pipe, than the top side rails. You'll need to check on the placement of the inside D-rings on your tubes to see if the frame will work for you. Answered on 2/27/2013 by Clyde from NRS
NRS Sport Cat Frame 66"W X 88"L Q: Will any of the mesh floors work with this frame? My lower bars are set at 44" apart for my 15' cool cat, but it looks like the mesh floor is only 34.5" wide... Asked on 10/31/2012 by brent from corvallis, or Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The floors were designed for our yoke-style frames. The 72" floor fits taut on bars that are 39" center-to-center, or 40 5/8" outside-to-outside. Answered on 11/1/2012 by Clyde from NRS
NRS Sport Cat Frame 66"W X 88"L Q: I have 14' x 24" SOTAR tubes and i am concerned that my tubes are to big in diameter. Will this work with my 24" tubes? Asked on 9/4/2012 by Jason from Washington Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: I used this frame with my 12' 6" SOTAR Legend Cat that has 22.5" tubes. I had to shorten the frame by 21" to get the frame to fit on the wear pads of this 12' 6" boat but It worked very well. If you're not loading the boat heavily(ie, using it for day trips, etc.) the straps on the inside of the tubes should hold well. I used this combo on big water May/June on the Lochsa with good results. Answered on 9/4/2012 by Bob from Leavenworth, WA A: This frame will work with your tubes. However, I'd recommend substituting the Standard Frame Drop Side Rails (1200 RT) for the Sport Cat Rails that come stock on it. Same price. Just call, 800.635.5202, to place the custom order. The Sport Cat rails have a 5 1/2" drop and the Standards drop 8 3/4", a better fit for your tubes. Answered on 9/6/2012 by Clyde from NRS A: This frame will work with your tubes.
