- These are compatible with all standard sized curve-tipped Sawyer oars. That includes all items we carry from Sawyer.
- A hole in the tip provides drainage so water is not trapped against your oar blade.
- The Tip Protector is sold individually.
- Fits blades 5 1/2" - 6" wide.
- Material: 1/8" Vinyl
- Fits: 5 1/2" - 6" wide x 6 1/2" long

These oar tip protection sleeves are awesome, greatly protecting my wood oar tips from the everyday river hazards. Dont have to refinish the oar tips annually like I used to have to prior to installing: great product!

I have a set of Sawyer Smokers that we managed to crack the blades on in the first season due to inexperience. I bought these protectors instead of buying new oars and they are rock solid. Hard to get on the oars at first but fit like a glove. I would recommend these to anyone with Sawyer oars. Don't forget to buy two cause you only get one, they don't come in pairs. Very solid product for the price.

Do not worry if they appear too small as you can lay the oar down on a work bench or similar surface and just beat them on with a rubber mallet or hammer that has a piece of wood between the hammer head and the oar
