In response to 'dorydriver's ' review it's obvious by his photos of the bent oarlocks that they were not held down in thier bushing. They could not have bent as shown in the photo if they had been. If allowed to lift out of the bushing to the limit of the keeper the shaft would be unsupported and would then bend. VS Most Liked Negative Review Toughest?? After 1 grand canyon trip both oar locks bent enough that they are trashed. They never hit anything or were used to tie off, the shafts just warped.
