I have been using Superston oarlocks for 15 yrs and have covered thousands of river miles and they have been bulletproof ! In response to 'dorydriver's ' review it's obvious by his photos of the bent oarlocks that they were not held down in thier bushing. They could not have bent as shown in the photo if they had been. If allowed to lift out of the bushing to the limit of the keeper the shaft would be unsupported and would then bend.

    Toughest??

After 1 grand canyon trip both oar locks bent enough that they are trashed. They never hit anything or were used to tie off, the shafts just warped.

... comfortable in the alloy, particularly in shallow rivers. One truth still unexpectedly broke down, probably too loaded, but in NRS changed easily with the new. The service also on top! Thank you.
