I use the 12 inch straps attached to a 5000lb wall anchor to mount resistance bands for workouts. - work great.

We've used the straps for tying down ladders on our trucks. Straps held when our driver ran a pickup into a light pole at 35 mph. Truck totaled, ladders stayed in place!
