I found the patch hard to attach because the top and bottom portions of the surround were too small to get attached properly with the glue.

Added two d-rings to raft, one in front and one in back. One to the inside of the bow to clip raing gear bag to, one on the inside of stern to starp motor mount to. Both worked and looked great, like factory.

I have a bucket boat I have added a few of these in strategic spots to hold the buckets--so much safer than straps and ropes to get hung up on. This and a clip and your good to go.
