Comments about New Short H-R Valve Cap:
I picked up a couple of these in case I loose the ones off my pontoon. The HR valves are great but the cord holding the cap is made out of cotton that rotted away the first season. I replaced the cords with 100# braid which is holding up much better. The replacement valves will have the same cotton string weakness, but this time I'll start with braid.

They are not compatable. Go on line an look closely at the pictures. I ended up with the wrong ones and sent them back. They are cheap so I would order one of each, send the wrong one back and then order extra of the right one.Answered on 5/16/2013 by Anonymous
