This part was exactly what I needed. I bought a used inflatable that was missing one of the valve caps. The unprotected valve stem often got bumped and leaked air. I had trouble finding the short H-R valve caps, both locally and online, and almost bought the new-style, longer cap by mistake. Fortunately, I found the NRS website first. I made sure to secure the new cap with the string that was included.
