Replacement military valve for Riken and Achilles boats. Plastic construction with a
six-hole mounting pattern that holds valve in a recessed rubber
boot. Standard size replacement. Screws not included.
Outside diameter of the valve flange is 2-3/16 which may fit better in some valve boots.
Comments about Riken/Achilles Replacement Military Valve:
This is a better valve than the older ones I have replaced them with. You may want to consider cutting out the old valve and replace it with a newer design. That is a lot more work than just putting one of these in.

Comments about Riken/Achilles Replacement Military Valve:
They fit in my boat perfectly. I have a 12' 6" Riken Dodger 2 and they are working great. I'm not sure what year my raft is but I assume it is a mid 90's boat. Hope that helps.

I have a Riken Jualapai. Not sure what year but it dates at least from the late 90's. I have used this valve to relplace some of the original nylon valves that failed due to age. The screw holes don't line up perfectly but thay are close enough that they go in without any real problems. The stainless screws that NRS sells for these valves are slightly longer than the original so I re-used the original screws without any problems. Note that the metal "military" valves that look just like these NRS valves do NOT fit. The flange is a bit larger and the holes are spread our furher and do not line up.

These valves should fit in Riken boats. The Riken valve boot is narrower at the bottom than other military valve boots. Check your existing valve - if the outside diameter of the bottom flange is 2 3/16", this should work for you.
