It didn't work for me! The reason, it turns out, is that each material requires a different adhesive for strongest attachment. Check to see if NRS sells PVC D-rings. It's always best to match materials and use proper adhesives when bonding synthetics.

Yes, with Stabond & 8482 ---2 part contact adhesive supplied by NRS I attached several a few years ago. I also used this adhesive to attach "Scotty" PVC Glue mounts to hold Anchor Lock Mounts & Fly Rod Mounts & Holders on my PVC Coated Nylon 1 man pontoon boats. Works perfectly!

However, the Pike IK D-ring patch is a dark green - http://www.nrsweb.com/shop/product.asp?pfid=16366&pdeptid=1080 - You can glue it to PVC or urethane inflatable material with Clifton Urethane Adhesive - Item # 1901. I'm pretty sure I saw green d-rings at a website I didn't save. The website was one listed in an NRS "Can you help a fellow shopper" email to me, where a guy was trying to figure out if NRS foot braces with urethane patches could be attached to an inflatable made by a British company that began with "Z". You might see if NRS saved that fellow's question.
