I have used it to tow tired paddlers, a friend towed me when I saved an injured gull, and I used the rope with the float attachment to rescue a fellow paddler from a haystack. I love this product. It's comfortable to wear, and works perfectly. VS Most Liked Negative Review Good except for belt We use this when our 7 year old daughter gets tired when paddling on flat water. I would give this 5 stars except for the belt. I have a 34" waist & 42" chest so I'm not a big guy. My PFD has loops for a tow belt and the belt on this comes very close to not fitting. I may have an 1" or less of tail sticking out of the buckle and that is with the adjustment out as far as it can go. The belt should be at least 12" longer to make it adjustable for anyone to wear. Also with the belt fixed to the bag I couldn't ditch it if there was trouble. The belt should not be fixed for it to be a more versatile piece. Comments about NRS Kayak Tow Line: Really like the quick release feature. Bungee should make it user friendly. Haven't needed to use it yet-thank goodness! It's an insurance. Good price.

Comments about NRS Kayak Tow Line: I like the towline overall. Its durable and easy to use. The only problem i have is the way i have to wear it. The bag sits in front and the buckle in the back while paddling. The buckle tends to dig into my back. Not hard but enough to irritate over time. I would rather have it than not.

Comments about NRS Kayak Tow Line: Overall a good deal. The plastic carabiner is suspect, but has worked well.

Merchant response: This tow belt is designed to fit around the wearer's waist, not on a life jacket. It will fit a 50" waist and when worn on the waist the quick-release buckle lets you easily release the belt in an emergency.. This customer has been contacted to explain the design feature.
