We took the Whip to Abaco, Bahamas last week. We used it in the ocean surf and it worked great. We also had a ball with it in the pool. There were nine of us and the board was in constant use. It's difficult to carry though, so, a handle would be nice. A tow ring would also be nice in order to tie it up or tow it behind our paddleboard.

I really enjoy this board! I use it at the USNWC and it can handle everything that place has to offer. I'm 6'3"; 235 lbs and the NRS Whip keeps me up out of the water, providing good bouyancy and a great ride. It surfs well (even at my size) and is super easy to learn on. My only complaint is transport. It is extremely awkward to carry when inflated (though it travels very well when deflated).

I have only used the board in Kings and Kern river so far. It is a blast and easy to learn. Must have fins you use in rivers. My friend had a Kern riverboard and it was not waxed on the top. It was hard to stay on the board.
