This protectant, when used with NRS inflatable boat cleaner, revitalized my faded pontoon boat and acted like a moisterizing lotion for for my tired boat. My GF referes to it as my " boat beauty spray."

Yes, 303 is good for kayaks and canoes.  Apply it every 3 - 4 months, helps protect the boat's plastic material from UV and gives the boat a bit of a shine or polished look.

                        A:

I would say yes. The manufacture recommends it for all different kinds of
hard and soft plastic and rubber including clear plastic windows, vinyl,
                        natural rubbers, etc.
They also recommend it on leather, fiberglass, chrome, and aluminium. I
don't see any warnings about any polymers that you shouldn't use it on. It
should help with UV breakdown, especially for boats stored outside.
...this is my read of their website nothing more, have a look and happy
                        boating.

                        Hi Laurie,
Using 303 won't hurt…although I question how long it remains on the surface of the boat once it gets wet. I've used it on roto-mold plastic & kevlar-carbon fiber kayaks, as well as my epoxy waveski with no problems or issues. It does make them look great…beyond that, I can't say.

I use this product on my Wilderness recreational kayak and my We-noh-na solo canoe. It works great. It makes your boat glide  better and restores the color. All of my boating friends use it too. I highly recommend using this product to maintain your boat.

Of course......apply a thin layer to surfaces most exposed to sunlight. It is a sunscreen for plastic.

I don't know, but it is more for protecting things like clothing from sun.. Your kayak can withstand a couple decades of sun no problem, but it would probably keep it from fading if it works on plastic. Seems like overkill, but if you plan on keeping it for twenty years it may help.

How many ounces of 303 Aerospsce Protectant are needed to clean an inflatable kayak (such as your AIRE Lynx I or AIRE Force models) one time?

How many times per year should the 303 Aerospace Protectant be used on a boat?

3-4 ounces of 303 will do a good job of covering an IK. AIRE recommend you only use 303 a couple of times a season on their boats.
