Good Cleaner
This cleaner is safe to use and works better than just soap and water. Some marks were just too stubborn for it to remove though.

This is a great cleaner, but also a significant solvent, so use great care in it's use. Also, you should buy enough to clean your entire boat. It does a good job of cleaning spots, but will leave certain areas of your raft super-clean, so take the time to clean the entire boat. Rinse, let dry, then finish with a fresh coat of 303, and your boat will look Off The Showroom new.

A:
I used a spray top and applied it directly from the bottle. The quart was
enough to do all my Mercury 10'6'' (white Hypalon) with a third of the
bottle left. I let it sit a minute or so, scrubbed with a soft brush, and
rinsed with water as per the instructions.
My boat was in pretty good shape, it didn't get all the stains out, but
overall it did a very good job.

In the shade and with the raft cool to the touch, I spray it directly to the boat, wipe it down with a soft cloth while the cleaner is still wet and then just hose off. I let it dry and then spray UV protectant on it.

Hello NRS,
This product is sprayed directly onto the boat. So, if you purchase the gallon size,
you should get a spray bottle. The stuff is expensive, but it is amazing. I use
it on an inflatable, hypalon dinghy. The boat is outside all summer and I use
it to go to/from my sailboat on a mooring. When I put everything away for the
winter, I clean my dinghy. This product makes it look almost new. I believe
the spay bottle was good for 3-4 cleanings.

The instructions call for wetting the boat with water. Then spray the Cleaner on and let it set for a minute or two. Scrub with a cloth, brush or something like a Scotchbrite pad. Rinse with water, let it dry and for most surfaces, add a coat of 303 Protectant to prevent sun damage.Answered on 3/15/2013 by Clyde from NRS
