This tape is used in the construction of our Pennel Orca (hypalon) inflatables. The woven polyester fabric is fully coated with neoprene on one side (the inner side of the vee) and lightly coated on the other side (probably just from the pressure of calendering the coating to the other side). We use this product when building our Pennel Orca (hypalon) boats. Look as I might I couldn't find out what Folbot uses for skin material. You can adhere this to PVC with Stabond Adhesive. If you are gluing it to a rubber material, use Clifton Hypalon Adhesive.Answered on 4/17/2013 by Clyde from NRS
