Applied indoors with controlled heat and humidity. Used methyl-ethyl-ketone as a cleaner before applying patch. Used 2 part Hypalon glue from another retailer and I pre-stretched my boat fabric using vise grips and a pulley system. I repaired a hole the size of a knife stab, and it holds beautifully.

i used the pennel orca material to make repairs in my salt water going inflatable boat. i fish a 11ft RIB boat out of Half Moon Bay, Ca in sometimes really nasty weather out as far as 10-15 miles offshore. The boat is over 15 years old and needs the occasional repair. This Pennel Orca and a can of Shore Adhesive does the trick nicely. Prep the surface with a rasp and wipe the two sides with acetone, apply shore adhesive and wait about 15 minutes, put them together and roll out the bubbles. Works like a charm!
