The directions for use could be better but all in all this is absolute safety gear. VS Most Liked Negative Review Head Warmer The hood is good for cool/chilly weather. Comments about NRS Mystery Sea Hood: Bought this for winter white water kayaking. Keeps my head warm in freezing temps. It is warmer than any other skull cap I have owned. Thought that the 1mm would be thin enough to fit in my current helmet. It was not. I now have seperate summer/winter helmets.

Comments about NRS Mystery Sea Hood: Great hood! I was worried my head might get too hot but after 3 or 4 paddles in 40 deg weather no problems. I can hardly tell its on other than my head being nice and warm.

Comments about NRS Mystery Sea Hood: I got this to use when white water kayaking in cold water (October thru April). I had an old liner but wanted one that covered my ears. This one fits under my helmet and is nice and warm. It is exactly what I wanted.
