I ordered these to help with foot numbness while using my whitewater kayak. They stick very well to the floor of my boat. They have definitely helped with the comfort of my boat.

some difficulty getting placement just right, you only get one shot at it. I don't like any bulky footwear, especially under my heel, which makes rudder operation on my Eddyline Whisper impossible. These pads have greatly improved comfort for my heels, as I'm often barefoot or wearing only some neoprene socks. Only concern is how long they will stay in place, too soon to tell
