The wedges for my hips were useless. The other stuff for knees and feet were fine but the hip wedges are way to thin to do anything at all.

Worked great to get my wife a quick, stable fit into her boat as she was learning to kayak. We only used a couple of pads so we have some left over, but at least the variety of pads in this pack gave us options.
