A:
Hi I just received this PFD in the mail yesterday, so I¹ve tried it on,
but not tested it yet. I purchased the XS/M and when I have it adjusted for
myself, it is 21² from my shoulder to the bottom of the foam in front, and
23² to the bottom of the waist. I am 23² from my shoulder to waist. I am a
bit skeptical of the foam shape ³for women² -- the interior basically has a
shelf, with the foam 1 1/2² at the upper torso (for ³the girls²), and 2 3/4²
in the lower part below your breasts. However, if I don¹t have the PFD
adjusted just right the shelf wants to sit at mid-breast. (I¹m a B/C cup ‹
this might work better for those better endowed). I need to try this on in
the boat to see how the PFD will ride in use. It does have a lot of freedom
for your arms. I¹m not as impressed with the manufacturing quality as with
my old Kokatat vest, however.
I hope this helps!
