I am wondering if this product is true to size? I am 5'5" and 115lb. According to size chart I think that makes me a small, but a written review of the Hydroskin Jacket suggested that a similar sized woman needed a medium because the small was too snug? I am an ocean kayaker and want to be comfortable. Please advise.

Hello -
I found they ran small for me - I think it depends on each person's individual proportions. If you can, I would order the small AND the medium, so you can try them both on and compare the fit - then return the one you don't want. That is what I did. I actually ended up with a men's suit, simply because I wanted more room in the arm openings! With the jacket, I wanted it a little roomier as well and didn't mind the longer sleeves on the larger size. Hope that helps

I am absolutely satisfied with the size and quality of this suit. My height is 5'6" with 120lbs. I am an outrigger and Stand up paddler and I even considered this suit even for surf sessions. That's how comfortable it feels. This suit is a must for waterwomen.

Hi, I bought this hydroskin farmer jane in a size "S" - I'm 5'4" and 115
lbs - it fits perfectly. Based on my daughter (aged 24, 5'8" and 140
lbs), who was able to squeeze into it comfortably (she says...), I think
the sizing is pretty variable - but it is not sized too snug.
It may be different for a jacket (the review you referred to), but the

I am 5'5-1/2" and 150 lbs. I ordered a size large, and the suit fits perfectly. It's a tiny bit snug, but I believe that's how wet suits should fit. I would recommend getting a small, given your dimensions.

I believe the hydroskin farmer products run slightly small. The chart told my wife medium but she had to go large, however she falls in the middle of the weight range for medium but you fall on the low end for small.
They do stretch but if tight clothing bothers you, I say order medium. Difficult call.
Just so you know, my wife and I have gotten a lot of use out of ours. excellent product. Plus if it doesn't fit, no problem with NRS on returns.
