If you are a woman among a small convoy of mixed company, that is a big deal. Then there are exactly a zillion places you are "allowed" to pee, as long as it involves wading out below the high water line, off the edge of a raft, or squatting over a groover that is less than groovey after day 1. They all involve a whole lot a' hiney baring, precarious balancing, and sitting in or on who knows what in various stages of undress. I actually bought my whiz before I made any other major gear purchases. Hey, I know my priorites. Although I didn't use it all the time (honestly, by day 8 on the Colorado survival was my only priority)the times I did use it were worth it's weight in gold. Ya, it doesn't weigh much so that may not be the greatest analogy, but you have no idea how great it was to stand, turn your back, unzip the wetsuit or splash gear, stand along the bank and be a guy for 30 seconds! Or from the back of the raft! Gee Whiz how cool is that! PS it not only survived the entire grueling trip while other gear was shredded, ruined, or destroyed...it looks and cleans up as good as new. Ya, I've bonded with my Whiz. And more than ever appreciating the simple things in life. like living! Does NOT work with a drysuit! So flimsy it bends and just doesn't work with all the layers I am bundled up in for winter paddling. I was really disappointed. Would not recommend it for any use whatsoever. And the $ it sells for, I just don't get that... Reviewed by 11 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-5 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Whiz Freedom Feminine Funnel: This is totally an awesome addition to a drysuit, even if you have a drop seat. With a drop seat or without, having to take down a part of your outfit and then try and squat precariously somewhere along a riverbank with it's slippery rocks, mud, poison oak and of course water is a disaster waiting to happen. This little tool eliminates all of that. The only issue I've had is wearing bulky clothing underneath my drysuit in frigid water and trying to get all that out of the way to get this through the front zipper. Even so, I only had one little incident and that wasn't bad at all. Love the convenience and may carry one with me in my vehicle as well for those days there is nowhere to 'go'.

Comments about Whiz Freedom Feminine Funnel: This was a great purchase for a lady in a dry-suit, but make sure your suit has a front relief zipper. Otherwise it was easier to hang butt off the raft.

Comments about Whiz Freedom Feminine Funnel: I had high hopes for this, but trying to use it through the relief zip with insulating layers under a drysuit just didn't work. It will bend in half, cutting off any potential flow when trying to position it. It might work OK when just wearing shorts or a swimsuit, but trying to maneuver it through insulation and long underwear was impossible... it was easier to remove the drysuit! I will go back to the other kind that is more rigid. The good thing about the Whiz Freedom, however, is how small it packs and how light weight it is. You can actually stuff it into a pocket!
