I am a 150 lb, 5'10" man with a 32 inch waist, so the sizing chart indicated Medium should be more than large enough. It was not. The waist was way too tight and there was little room through the body. It would have been impossible to get much insulation underneath. Returned it.

I have not used this dry top while kayaking yet, but tried it on to see how it fit when it arrived. I am in the middle of the Kokatat size range for most of the size and weight specs for a medium top. (I am 5'7", 145 lbs, 15 in. neck.) The top fit me well in terms of sleeve length, shoulders and waist, but the neck gasket was VERY tight. It took a second person to help me get in and out of it. I am trying to loosen it according to the instructions by stretching it. If you are bigger than me, get the next larger size.
