I can't give to many pros and cons cuz I haven't had them long enough to know too much about them.
What I can say is that they seem to be a really great product, the instructions online with videos are awesome and made installing them easy. I installed them on my dry suit and used it for 7 days out paddling and had no issues at all. Time will tell all but I am expecting them to last a long time.

I replace about two dozen gaskets each year and this is just an ordinary gasket. It works fine. Nothing spectacular.
My local supplier was out and the first 2 online places I tried to order are out, They were all about $20-$25 per PAIR. Since I needed it for an immediate repair, I went to NRS and ordered it for 2 day delivery without reading too much more as NRS is always reliable. I can't tell you how disappointed I was to find only one gasket for the price of 2.

We applied the cuffs slightly modified from the recommended method due to lack of material but even with installing it a little differently it seems to have worked.

This is the first time I've attempted gasket replacement, and so far so good. The latex seems like it'll last and the video was very informative and how to replace the gaskets. Only con is that they're kind of pricey for a piece of rubber, though the quality of the material seems better than a lot of the gaskets out there.

I think you have to be in the right frame of mind before attempting this project. Perhaps if I do enough repairs, in time, I'll be less up tight about it. The NRS video sure makes it look easy, and perhaps for some folks it easy. Unless a person wants an outfit to do the repairs, this is his/her only option. I would recommend it with some caution.
