Great product! I love my kicker remixes. My friends and I kayak every weekend and dive when we see caves. The remixes are great getting in and out of the water, protect your feet from the river bed, do great on land, they are super comfortable, the wide toe box is good as I have a wider foot. I really like that they are comfortable sliding into my fins. The downsides, the web page said if you wear a half size to buy the size up, but with my pair at least, I should have gone down to the size below. Also, after you get out of the water they take forever to get dry, if you are on a multi day trip, they may be wet and cold on day two right when you put them on. Other than that I love them, and will buy another pair in the size below. My brother and two others in our group have these as well and they really like theirs as well.

Used these in the Galapagos islands to make wet landing on the islands. Often the landing would be followed by walks over rough lava rocks. The shoes rubbed and caused pain and sores on my feet. Great in the water but not so hot on the land.

just to let everyone know that these shoes are the best of the best. i have grew up my whole life running up and down rivers, hiking and river travleing. which i have went threw many of these tipes of shoes and have always had a prob. with them coming off, slipping on rocks,getting gravel in them and last but not lest wearing out way to fast.i bought these shoes about 5 yrs. ago and they are still running strong. so of 2012 x-mas i bought my farther some. and he loves them.

I ordered these shoes for a float trip, and to have arround the lake. Gettng rocks in my shoes drives me nuts, and these shoes did the trick in keeping them out. They allow a little sand to get in, but nothing that will cause much irritation.
At the lake they have worked great for walking in and out of the water, and being able to come straight out of the water and jump on a wheeler or vehicle without even a thought.
The only negative i can come up with is that they are warm if you are out of the water and in the sun, but as long as you keep them wet, they stay comfortable. They do not drain or dry fast, but caused no blisters, and i had no issues with slipping in the shoe while wet.

The shoes are narrow for my wide feet. They run at least a size small. I got the to wear over thick socks and a dry suit bootie. They were long enough but too tight for my usual 10.5 by 4E shoe size.
I finally found. A 14 E made by a Brit company somewhere on the web.

I wear size 9 shoes, but have really long middle toes (longer than my big toe). The shape of the kicker shoe is to match a foot where the longest part is the big toe. So I needed to get a size 11 to fit my long middle toes. Even with normal shaped feet I would buy one size bigger on these.
