I love it! It stays on very well with the pull-string and velcro top strap, and it keeps sand out pretty well while I'm entering and exiting the ocean. They are super sturdy and durable. I can't imagine ever needing to replace them. I also use them for hikes that involve stream crossings, waterfalls, and known muddy terrain. They don't provide much support for that much walking, but they are not bad, have good traction, and don't mind the water and mud. VS Most Liked Negative Review OK, but not my favorite these were a little hard to get on...they were fine, really, but I like my felt soled booties much more as an open boater... these were a little hard to get on...they were fine, really, but I like my felt soled booties much more as an open boater... Comments about NRS Kicker Wetshoe: The boots fit well, but if any sand gets in them you are in for a long uncomfortable day.

Comments about NRS Kicker Wetshoe: I have been looking for a pair of water shoes that can stand up to the demands of kayaking & surfskis. These are durable while not adding unneeded material which would make them tight in a surfski cockpit. I have had other shoes sucked off my feet in sticky bottom mud. These shoes, while relatively easy to put on and take off, once you engage the velcro strap, you would need a crowbar to pry them off.
