Cons Best Uses Comments about NRS Boundary Sock with HydroCuff: I purchased the HydroCuff socks to solve for the issue of numb feet, which I experience by the end of a river rafting trip. Before purchasing the HydroCuff sock I would wear the aqua booties provided by the rafting company, resulting in burning cold feet, that eventually went numb by the end of the 4+ hour trip. I use these socks once so far a few weeks ago during a 4 hour rafting trip. I wore the sock and walking sandals, no aqua booties, as the HydroCuff socks are bulky around the toe area. I put on the HydroCuff sock and then the wetsuit over top. I just made sure that when I was walking in the river that I did not go deeper than the socks. The experience was positive. By the end of the 4 hours in the river raft my feet were just a little cool. These socks greatly improved my enjoyment of the rafting ride.

Comments about NRS Boundary Sock with HydroCuff: These socks are the best way to keep your feet dry while entering and exiting a kayak. You can put your boat in the water, so you don't scrape the bottom, and walk into water, but your feet will stay dry. The only problem is that the socks are so thick that my feet will not fit in my river shoes.

Comments about NRS Boundary Sock with HydroCuff: I wear these while sailing my Hobie 16 in cold water/weather, the 16's known as a wet boat. First unloading from the trailer, I'm in the water almost to my waist, socks are well underwater but my feet will stay dry. I also have to walk the boat out untill the water is over my knees before I can board the boat I 'm able to put a pair of wool socks on first and the two pair have kept my feet warm during 4 hrs of non-stop sailing. The only thing I would like to add would be the sole from the Deserado socks.
