BUT they do fit close--NOT tight but like they've been painted on and so they dont come off quick but you really dont want them to until you are done with your trip. I got them to protect my hands from the sun and didnt want anything too hot. THese are great, comfortable but expect them to fit close. Go on easy but have to be teased off when wet. Paddling in Florida I use gloves to ward off blisters, for sun protection and for just a bit of warmth in chilly spring water. Most light paddling gloves last me at least a season. These lasted 2 trips before they started to fray. Also, altho the gloves fit my hand perfectly the seam inside the thumb rubbed a raw spot. On the plus side they are nice and light and provide a good grip. Reviewed by 29 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-5 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about NRS Women's Boater's Gloves: I used these at an all day Girl Scout boating event. I launched over 100 girls on kayaks using these gloves and they are still like new. No blisters or sore spots on my hands.

Comments about NRS Women's Boater's Gloves: I purchased these gloves for sculling. I have had numerous hand surgeries and required something for protection and grip on the oars. These fit well and are perfect for rowing.

Cons Best Uses Comments about NRS Women's Boater's Gloves: Great gloves, they do the job and my last pair took me through 3 seasons of outrigger paddling. By year 4 the lycra top had stretched out and I needed a new pair. Service and delivery comments: Shipped right away and arrived in a few days!

Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about NRS Women's Boater's Gloves: I go kayaking for 4 to 5 hours each time I go out and find these gloves comfortable and have never had a blister - love the fact that they don't cover my whole finger so I can still feel the paddle in my hand!
