This is my first experience with Gore-Tex after trying drywear made with other waterproof materials. Definitely worth the extra money. Very breathable and comfortable even on a hot humid day. My only complaint about Kokatat is the sizing gap for their gear. I am sized right in between a small and a medium, and the small fits everywhere but my shoulders and the medium feels a tad bulky. Other than that, this is a great product.
