I ordered and returned both a women's and men's medium Endurance jackets (closeouts). The women's jacket fit perfectly other than the jacket is cut so high under the arms that I couldn't fit a fleece under it. (I get very cold on rivers and need the extra layers.) The men's jacket was just too big and arms far too long. I broke down and ordered the full price new women's Endurance jacket, after talking to NRS and being informed that this new model allows more room under the arms. It does! I am very happy with the fit. I can wear my heaviest fleece under it and still move freely. The color (Berry) is great. (I ordered a women's medium; I am 5'5-1/2" and 135 [honest] lbs.) Looking forward to trying it out on rivers this spring and summer.
