The capri lengith for me (5'2") is perfect I wanted a little more length but not too long. The thermal layer is ideal for early fall temp's. Comments about NRS Women's HydroSkin Capris: These capris were tight on land, but perfect in the water (now I understand how wetsuit-type clothing is supposed to work). Looks sleek, like regular capris one would wear for simple working out, but then can just jump in the water since that's what they're made for! I use these in my gym's pool bc I get cold easily and don't gave lots of natural insulation. I also intend to take these on all of my tropical/sea-side vacations, just in case the water or weather is too chilly for a bikini, but too warm for a wetsuit.

Comments about NRS Women's HydroSkin Capris: I replaced a size small with xs which fit me so well.. I'm 112 and 5'5". Love um!
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about NRS Women's HydroSkin Capris: I've worn these by themselves (under shorts because I'm modest) kayaking in warm weather and under paddling pants when kayaking in colder waters (Lake Michigan in May- water around 50 degrees). They are comfortable to sit in all day, and highly versatile. Neoprene shorts dig into my thighs and are less flattering. These are the perfect length and not too thick for warm weather.

Comments about NRS Women's HydroSkin Capris: Great product for cool season paddling - extends the season in KY when the water's too cool to be safe without something. Also like the manufacturing technique from limestone vs. petroleum.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about NRS Women's HydroSkin Capris: I use these capris with a separate top to keep warm while I swim in an outdoor pool. I am "cold natured" and get cold quickly so they provide enough warmth for me to swim for an extended period of time. I am tall, thin and have long legs so I ordered the XS capris. The waist is cut "high" which is great. Unfortunately, the capris are "baggy" from my hips to my knees. However, when I get in the water, the material clings to the skin around my legs and does not fill with water. As a result, I kept them, despite the "less than ideal" fit because they keep me warm (which was my goal) and I have limited choices given my size. They are made very well.
