This is my second hydro skin pants. I have the capris for warmer days, these for cooler, longer, wetter days and a wet suit for gnarly days.

I use these for wading in a mid-level river that is only a few feet deep where I can walk back and forth across it. In the cold months when the water is quite chilly, these pants keep me protected from the cold and perform quite well in very cold conditions. I used them all winter and never caught an actual cold...even though I was exposed to the elements. These pants were quite comfortable, fit to my body shape perfectly, and performed at the best level....cannot be more impressed with these pants.

The inseam on the Medium is 26.5" and the Large is 27". For wetsuits, weight is generally the best "tie breaker" when your measurements are spread over more than one size. Depending on your waist and hip measurements you might even fit into a Small (26.5" inseam). HydroSkin is very stretchy and works best when it fits snug. be way too big on you around the waist and will defeat the purpose of the

They are too stretchy a material to have an inseam measured correctly. I am 5'8", 120lbs and generally wear a size 2 or 4 long in jeans (I think I have a 33" inseam). I bought size small and they are very stretchy and plenty long. They are tight at the ankles so they don't ride up, which is nice. They are a bit big for my thighs and butt, so the extra small might have been a better fit for me, but I'm not sure. I love them and wear them a ton in the spring and fall.
