Not so great: I ordered my usual size and found it too restrictive. Exchange went well and the one I got fits great (I'm not sure what size you have listed above, could be the first one.). I'm 6'3", 195 lbs, long torso,37" sleeves, so I expect trouble with sizing.
Great:It adds just enough warmth for the usual foggy, slightly windy 55 deg water and air, and periods of heavy paddling as well as lots of sitting on SOT kayak. Well made and rinses and dries quickly. You make good stuff that lasts, and at reasonable prices.

If you are thinking about this top as a base layer and/or a primary paddling top...go for it.
I bought one in April and the use of this shirt with my NRS Payette S/S Spray top was all I needed for rafting in cold water conditons. When getting wet from splashes and surfing, the water just beads off the shirt as though it is a dry top. I love the verstility of this top because I can use it as a primary layer in warmer water season, and it's a supportive, warm, base that is not too bulky and does not restrict movement.
Even though I got wet during a couple of the early Spring raft trips that I bought this for, the only time my skin was damp at all was from my own sweat while paddling.

I have been using it for sea kayaking now that the water is getting colder. Initially it feels like it is too tight in particular in the arms but within half an hour it stretches to the contour of my body and becomes really comfortable. It feels really good on windy days keeping me warm and comfortable. I have not tested how waterproof it is other than the normal splashes and so far it has been what I was expecting.

The delivery was as promised. I had to exchange it for a larger size and as usual NRS replaced it without any problems.

This was ordered for my 13 year old son. The fit was fine, however since he is growing, we decided the next size up would be a better idea. He uses it in white water kayaking, and loves the shirt. In chilly winds, this should be layered with a spray jacket. Works as advertised.

We consider the NRS hydroskin and hydosilk garments tremendously valuable in our water work activities with our Leonbergers and Newfoundlands. The garments offer not only the thermal protection that permits work in colder periods that we find in the Northeast US, but also some mechanical protection agains claws of any overly exuberant beginner dog. There is some trial and error with regard to proper garment sizing, in our experience, with the somewhat common theme of the hydoskin garments being a full size "too small", particularly in the case of the hydroskin shirt. Even then, the distribution of material is unexpected restrictive across the shoulder and chest, in my experience. Hydrosilk garment fit appears as expected, however.
