Great product but didn't expect it to be so hard. Wish I had waited on the back ordered softer version. Sticky back doesn't work for my application so some connection points to attach to kayak would be very good. No one likes a yard sale on the water.

Hard, sculpted not hydophillic. Sticky back makes it pseudo permanant. Buy a piece of urethane foam and shape as needed or get a new seat. Unless you have a tractor this thing is just wrong for kayak.
