Great for paddling and cycling in the winter. Very tight though. I weigh 115lbs and had to exchange the small for a medium.

I use to wear thermals and a fibrepile layer under my cag and dry pants. Although I was warm it did get a bit bulky. I find the wavelite gear just as warm and less bulky.
