best base layer ive ever owned holds heat in the awesome thing is it bring the water to the outside of the garmet when wet and keeps the inside nice and toasty very happy Im 6 foot 220lbs and i fit great in the XL

Wore this under the dry suit in 50 degree air and 40ish water temps. Swam twice and was very warm.. Didn't even begin to think I was cold... Very nice

Really like the comfort and fit. The larger neck opening and zipper makes it easy to put on and take off.
I had tried the regular shirt in the same size but had to return it because the neck was so tight it choked me and overall it felt undersized. The Pungo was a huge improvement! The 3X size was perfect for a 265# 6' 1" person and loose enough to wear over a thinner layer.
Really liked the "4 way stretch"......No felling of restriction or binding.
