At first I use straps from [@] to attach to trees. They work well but wore out quickly. I saw these straps and had a little dance in REI, thinking all of my problem were solved. The straps are well made. I used them five times. I never liked them. I like to pull the hammock tight with no slack. I sleep more comfortable that way. I would struggle to pull the clips on my hammock to the right loop to get the hammock tight enough. I gave up on them. The best thing I found to do this job is rock climbing webbing. It's cheap doesn't ware and is so strong I've used it to tow a car. I bring two six foot lengths of webbing with me when I backpack. The webbing ties up with a water knot and can be adjusted and tighten to pull the hammock tight. I think ENO hammock are high quality and when mine wares out I plan on buying another. These straps didn't solve my problems. They did give me the idea to use rock climbing gear to solve them. Reviewed by 11 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-5 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about ENO Slap Strap Hammock Suspension: If you have a hammock, then you must have these. There is no better way to suspend a hammock between trees. It protects the tree; it is extremely simple to set up; it very quick to set up; and it is very strong/sturdy. Service and delivery comments: Delivery was almost immediate. Excellent packaging. Followup by NRS was great. Overall service was EXCELLENT. Pricing was also great. I like this company. Pros
