Does pretty much what you'd expect. Bought for kayaking, haven't submerged so I can't comment on whether it's truly "water-proof" but very resistant for splashes/rain. Adaptable for multiple mp3 players is nice.

Comments about Aquapac MP3 Player Case - 515:
Carried an iPod classic through Grand Canyon while paddling.
Cons: Closure leaked soon after being submersed. Case was slightly too small for a classic and with jostling the interior headphone plug bent and lost sound in one ear of headphones. Case had arrived with 5 desiccant packs, makes one wonder why they are needed if the case is truly waterproof. Finally cut the plastic seal entirely off and used duct tape to seal bag.
Pros: Was able to control iPod through tinted plastic with neoprene gloves on.

I use this for downriver racing, playboating, and anywhere outside in the rain. It has yet to leak on me, but you do want to check the seal each time. It does take some finangling to get your IPod in and connected, but no big deal.
