Comments about Aquapac Compact Camera Case - 414: my camera stayed dry. it was a little difficult to push the buttons on my camera, but we managed. I discovered that you cannot get sunscreen on it...it will make the viewing area cloudy and it doesn't wash off. kind of unfortunate since it's the kind of product likely to be used when snorkeling and sunscreen is likely to be around. we were still able to get ok pix, just not as clear.

Comments about Aquapac Compact Camera Case - 414: Used it for recereational paddle trip in the Yucatan. Took a little getting used to - if your point&shoot isn't centered correctly the lens gets restricted when it opens up and the camera will not work. Good for staged shots, not as good for quick spontaneous "OMG, look at that bird" shots. Did not try it submersed.

Comments about Aquapac Compact Camera Case - 414: I used the bag at Tough Mudder (an endurance event with mud and water). My camera stayed dry through the mud and under water events. Taking pictures through the clear case resulted in disappointing results. I will continue to use it to keep my camera dry but will remove my camera from the case to take pics when possible.

Best Uses Comments about Aquapac Compact Camera Case - 414: You just cannot use Aquapac's stuff if you will be in rough conditions, like canoeing or kayaking. I don't expect it to be bullet proof, but seriously, the material is just too weak. And taking pictures through the window is horrible. The pix don't look good and it is waaaay to cumbersome. So, this means a lot of opening and closing of the pack. It definitely is waterproof, but why not just get a small dry box to put your camera in...isn't your beloved camera worth it?
