Bag is pretty functional and did the job. I think some thought needs to go into the insert. It is flimsy and does not fit well. I think they use the same insert for all ofthere bags. All in all not bad, I just think the insert was not what I expected.

Perfect item from front deck of sea kayak on extended Newfoundland expedition. Stored lunch each day, water, hat, sunscreen. Secured easily to deck cords, compresses to whatever size needed and I stretched compass over top with bunji cord. You need plastic boxes or dry bags inside as it is not waterproof. Very handy.
