Openned and closed this cooler(zipper closure)at least 24 times a day for three weeks. It took lots of abuse in the cockpit and on the beach. Easier on the legs than a hard day cooler. Insulated quite well. Instead of drag bag just fill with river water. No beverage lose!!! Even upside down for a mile and a half!

The 11" measurement is the width of the main bag. The pocket and drink holder extend out another 3.5". There are D-rings on the ends of the bag to which you can anchor a shoulder strap.Answered on 11/14/2012 by Clyde from NRS
