I take this bag kayaking for my camera equipment, I previously just stuffed the Ocoee Watershed with Mirofiber towels. But, with all the jostling around, The towels would sometimes end up on top of the camera intead of padding it, Hense the need for the padded liner.

The only improvement I found neccessary for the liner is - The top of the liner is 5 to 6 inches of soft flappy nylon with secondary liner handles down lower in the padded area with a zipper across the top of the flap to act as a secondary water resisting bag. the flap is designed to fold down over the sides of the padded liner and clip on ends of bag to keep flaps out of the way... It just doesn't seem to stay that way and somehow the flaps manage to flip back over the top of padded section before long, If I were compositioning shots and had all the time in the world, This probably would not be and issue... But most of my shots are of wildlife and 90% of the time I am trying to grab that once in a lifetime shot.
Once I reached in to grab the camera and inadvertantly reached through the liner handle loop and tried to pull the camera out through the loop of the liner bag, and again hooking the handle loop of the liner bag with the zoom lens while trying to stuff the camera back into the dry sack before I get stuffed into tree branches... To fix this I added some velcro to the liner flaps near the zipper and down lower on the outside of the liner bag to keep the flaps and liner bag handles COMPLETLY out of the way for the shoot & run moments.
It is an easy temporary fix and needs to be sewn in and by no means a deal breaker, I would also recommend getting the Camera separation kit, It will help the bag and liner hold its shape better and to help keep things organized.
