This is the second 3.8 Bill's bag I've purchased. I have used them for packing gear for canoe expeditions where the the contents absolutely must stay dry. They are waterproof and rugged bags. They close easily and the straps secure the closure. The carrying straps are comfortable enough for a portage and provide hands free transit of the bags.
A great benefit of these bags is that while in transit to an adventure, I can carry them in the back of my truck or in the basket on my roof racks and not worry about the weather.
I've used them for packing gear for general travel as well. I added 3 rings of yellow electrical tape around my red bags to make them easily identifiable when traveling.....
These bags are very well made and should last a very long time.

This is the perfect bag for a week on the river. Or less. Or more. I've used Bill's Bag on two trips now, over plenty of whitewater. Everything inside was totally dry, and I was able to fit two sleeping bags, two pads, lots of warm, dry clothes ... probably could have gotten the raft in there too. We had a night where we needed to carry our gear 1/4 mile from the river ... guess whose drybag has comfortable shoulder straps? I could have carried it for miles more. Excellent dry bag. Don't think twice.

Was veryhappy with the Size. I have a 4 person tent and a large thermorest. Fit these two larger items and then cloths sleeping bag and pillow perfectly.

Was a little unhappy about delivery time. My card
Bank did not let the card go thru because I live in Little Rock. NRS was four days telling me of the problem. Was fixed in 5 minutes after a knew of the problem. It took 12 days for items to arrive.

I bought two of the these dry bags for my son and i. We are active with our local boy scout troop and do a lot of water camping trips in canoes and kayaks. We use both of them when we go on our trips. I would take two on the trip and split the equipment weight between the two packs to lighten the load for each backpacker. You will also be able to carry more items like mess kits and such. These bags are the best for keeping everything dry and if packed correctly they also offer as a flotation device if you capsize in a canoe. The backpack straps on this item are key. Another plus is they can be packed in a the back of a pick up exposed to the weather and the contents will remain dry if closed properly. Make sure when you make your purchase it does have the straps. They also make one with out which is slightly less money. These pack are big enough to carry all the items you listed in your question. Please note I have never used one of these bags for long hiking trips. I think, I would need to buy some half inch pipe rap and line the straps to help with friction against the back, shoulders and arms on a long hike. Karen, Bill's Bags are great for larger items like tents, sleeping bags and the like. I don't like to take a down sleeping bag on the river, so I pack a bulkier synthetic fill bag, two-person backpacking-style tent, a bulky tarp, camp shoes, flip flops, spare water bottle in my Bill's. So if your bags and tent aren't too bulky you can probably put them and the air mattresses in one Bill's. I highly recommend the Expedition DriDuffel for your clothes and personal items. The duffel-style bags are great for sorting through smaller sorts of gear. sufficient. certain items may not need to be stored in the bag. I used them

As long as you aren't portaging, just use two of the biggest bags--you don't need to fill them up and a big bag not quite full will stow better than a medium size bag stuffed.
You haven't mentioned food: if your trip is guided then you don't need to worry.
